Kamienica Pod Kasztanami is located at 14 Paderewskiego Street in Świnoujście.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. the following day.
If you do not check out by 11:00 a.m., you will be charged for another night's stay.
The reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the dining room downstairs. After hours, we are available by phone.
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge.
In Świnoujście, there is a spa fee of PLN 5.40 per person per night.
Breakfast is served in the dining room at the bottom of the building between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Breakfast can be prepared at other times in justified cases and after prior arrangement with the reception desk.
Our private parking lot is open 24 hours a day. It is monitored and located at the rear of the building.

After paying a deposit of PLN 100/EUR 25, you will receive a remote control for the gate. The deposit is refundable upon return of the remote control to the reception desk.
Out of concern for our shared natural environment, towels and bed linen are changed once a week. Each additional towel change will be charged at PLN 50 per set of towels and PLN 50 per set of bed linen.
Bathroom radiators operate all year round, powered by solar energy, so please turn them on even in summer so that the towels you hang on them are dry and ready for use. The staff will turn off the radiator during daily cleaning if the towels are dry. Please do not throw towels on the floor.
Towels lying on the floor will be replaced during daily cleaning and the guest will be charged according to the price list in the previous point.
The main door, terrace door, and room doors are opened with a magnetic card, which the guest receives from the owner or staff at the time of check-in at our guesthouse.
In order to use electricity in the room, place the magnetic card in the blue pocket next to the door. Please do not keep the card together with your cell phone, as it may become demagnetized and, as a result, will not open the door and you will not be able to enter the building.
Magnetic cards are issued individually. If you need a second card, please notify the facility staff or the owner.
It is forbidden to place suitcases on beds, even those not in use.
Upon check-out, guests are required to return all magnetic cards issued at check-in to the reception desk. In the event of failure to return or damage to a magnetic card, the guest will be charged a fine of PLN 50 per card.
If you are interested in using a baby cot, please make a reservation in advance by email or phone, as we have a limited number of cots available. Baby cots are available free of charge at our facility.
We have three high chairs. They can be used during breakfast. It is possible to rent a high chair for your room by prior arrangement.
Daily and final cleaning is included in the room price.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility, including when leaning out of the window. Smoking inside the building is subject to a penalty of PLN 1,000 net, covering the costs of deodorizing the room. You can smoke on the terrace, where ashtrays are provided for you. Please smoke away from windows and doors leading to the terrace and close the doors to the building so that non-smoking guests also feel comfortable.
Upon check-in, guests sign a guarantee which, in the event of damage to the room, authorizes the owner of the facility to charge the guest's credit card for the amount corresponding to the damage caused by the guests.
If you are not checked in on the day of arrival, please bring the ID cards/passports of all persons staying at our guesthouse for check-in, as well as a signed valid credit card that you own and used for the reservation, for guarantee purposes.
Guests are required to pay for their stay and the spa fee at the time of check-in.
Documents confirming the identity of all persons staying at the facility, including children, are required for check-in.
In case of early arrival or late departure from Świnoujście, we will be happy to store your luggage.

The facility has a wireless Internet network (HotelWifi). You will receive your login details at check-in. Internet access is free of charge.
Before leaving your room, please check carefully that you have not left any personal belongings behind, especially documents in the safe. We are not responsible for any items left behind. We do not return items left behind. You can collect them during your next stay or arrange for them to be collected.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
A first aid kit is located in the back room. If you need to use the first aid kit, please notify the owner or staff.
During breakfast, you can purchase a tourist guide for cyclists for €2.
Paper and wood are used to light the fireplace. Lighting it with anything else is prohibited. A basket of wood and kindling can be purchased for PLN 50.
Dogs are welcome in our guesthouse, but we are obliged to charge a deposit for guests staying with their pets. The deposit is PLN 500/EUR 125 and is refundable after the room has been checked by the staff. If damage caused by a dog is found in the room or common areas of the building, the deposit will cover the costs of repairing the damage. Guests are required to report that they are traveling with a pet and that they have a bed for it, as it is strictly forbidden for dogs to sleep on hotel mattresses. There is a fee of PLN 50 per night for dogs staying at our facility. We do not accept situations where the owner allows the dog to climb on furniture or sleep in the bedding.
Guests traveling with a dog are required to have their own bed and bowls for the dog. If the guest does not have a bowl and bed, we can lend them ours.
Guests staying in our house with a dog are required to take proper care of their pet. It is unacceptable to leave the dog alone in the room for the whole day.
In our house, daily cleaning is mandatory and included in the price of your stay.
When leaving the room, please leave all appliances connected to the power supply as you found them upon arrival.
Without the consent of the owner of the facility, it is forbidden to allow so-called “third parties” to stay overnight. Outside guests may stay on the premises of the guesthouse until 10:00 p.m. All persons staying in the facility after 10:00 p.m. must be registered and their stay paid for.
A fee for an additional person not included in the reservation is possible depending on the number of beds in a given room, upon prior agreement and for a fee: PLN 250 per night for an adult and PLN 180 per night for a child up to 7 years of age.
Upon prior agreement, it is possible to order laundry and ironing services, payable according to the price list.
